Our wedding style varies from client to client…some preferring a more traditional
approach, but most opting for a candid photojournalistic style. Some of our
favorite locations include the Chateau Laurier, Plaza de La Chaudiere, Museum
of Civilization, Westin Hotel, Beth Shalom as well as Strathmere and Stanleys Maple Farm for couples that want a rural look.
Couvrette studio is one of Ottawa`s most longstanding photography businesses,
having a reputation and experience that spans 30 years, yet we create funky, fun
modern images for brides and grooms whose parents we photographed in the days of film.

many local wedding consultants.
We have photographed weddings and events not only in the Ottawa/Gatineau region but in Toronto, Montreal, Kingston and New York as well as countless small towns in between. One of our favorite locations is Montebello, an hour east of the capital as well as the city of Perth with its historic Mill.
Our wedding and engagement portrait services are priced competitively and we generally create custom packages for each bride and groom. We offer a wide range of
albums and frames as well as digital retouching services. Black and white as well as digital effects are also available on our wedding pictures.
We are one of the few “studios” in Ottawa with an actual studio in case of rain. It is conveniently located on Gladstone Street in Centretown Ottawa.
