I was cozied up to Alanis Morissette on the inside.
This business portrait was done for Ottawa Architect Douglas Cardinal…a brilliant unassuming man who designed, among other remarkable structures, The Museum of Civilization in Ottawa.

Childhood goes by fast…blink and you missed it. I shot these of my daughter over a decade ago with my first “hi end” digital camera. Priceless!
Wow…digging through my archives I came upon this shot…What a great wedding of a couple of my jet setting friends. I still remember the desserts…
Hiring a wedding photographer…here are a couple of pages from two different venues…Beantown Ranch and Brookstreet. Different styles, budgets, locales, but both have us at the top of their referred vendors list…go figure.

Chris and gang in my studio…one of my early digital concoctions…shot a decade ago.
I created this editorial shoot for a local Ottawa fashion magazine using paintings from the National Gallery as an inspiration…This was done over a decade ago when we actually shot film and scanned it.
This ad by a US photographer appeared in my FB feed and it occured to me that many people really do not understand the value of fine prints, so I am reposting it here. A decade from now DVDs will be a thing of the past and the average household will have gone through three computers. Chances are, they will have lost
many of their treasured images. We all love the trendy nature of digital photography, but every week I meet at least one person who wishes they had a print of some special moment. When a fire hits a house, the first thing people still grab is their wedding album…not their hard drive or that DVD in the bottom of the drawer.
