All photographs, text and concepts appearing in the Couvrette Studio site are the exclusive intellectual property of Couvrette Studio and are protected under Canadian and international copyright laws.

The intellectual property MAY NOT BE DOWNLOADED except for the normal viewing process of the browser. The intellectual property may not be copied to another computer, transmitted , published, reproduced, stored, manipulated, projected, or altered in any way, including without limitation any digitization or synthesizing of the images, alone or with any other material, by use of computer or other electronic means or any other method or means now or hereafter known, without the written permission of Couvrette Studio and payment of a fee or arrangement thereof.

No images are within the Public Domain. Use of any image as the basis for another photographic concept or illustration is a violation of copyright.

Couvrette Studio vigorously protects copyright interests. In the event that an infringement is discovered you will be notified and invoiced  for an amount not less than 10 times our standard usage rate. We reserve the right to ask for punitive damages and legal fees. All cases for unauthorized usage are prosecuted for Copyright Infringement in Ontario Small Claims Court. By entering this site you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement.
