Please enquire should you require images that require files for posters, bus shelters or billboards and we will gladly quote on those needs. It is critical that you discuss those specifications prior to any shoot. Clients may choose to order via a web gallery or in person on a 40 inch screen at our centrally located studio on Gladstone Avenue in Ottawa.
We supply files via writing a DVD or via Dropbox, generally within three days of an order.
Please note that we are photographers and our quotes do not include tech support. Once we have supplied a file, we cannot be responsible for how you view it on a range of devices via a range of programs, nor how a given printer interprets the digital file. We have, however created over 500 magazine covers to date and have substantial experience in repro. We do view all files on a hi res, color corrected monitor using the world standard of digital imaging software, Photoshop. One of our staff can gladly supply tech support at an industry standard fee.
